A classic session in my wonderful, light-filled practice begins with a discussion to clarify what changes you seek. Afterwards, as you lie down relaxed and fully clothed on the table, I open myself to sensing, receiving and facilitating an interaction of your energy field with the Reconnective Healing frequencies, a spectrum of energy, light and information that can alter old, fixated energies within you to promote personal growth and change. The experience differs for each client and  for each session. The effects are usually reported as reparative, emotionally moving and often transformative. Results may be immediate or evolve over time. Two sessions with at least a three-week interval are recommended. 

The Personal Reconnection uses the frequencies of Reconnective Healing but  differs in its application. The two sessions, separated by no more than three days, follow a focused, precise procedure to reconnect the energetic grillwork of your body (the acupuncture meridians) to the Ley lines of the earth and to the higher energy grid of the Universe.
